Anti-Spam Policy

AIBizBox is committed to legitimate, permission-based email marketing. This Anti-Spam Policy applies to all users of AIBizBox's email marketing, autoresponder, and broadcast features, and is designed to ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM (U.S.), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU/UK), and other applicable anti-spam laws.

1. Our Commitment

AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL does not tolerate spam. We enforce strict anti-spam standards on our own marketing and require all AIBizBox users to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension, service termination, and reporting to relevant authorities.

2. Your Obligations as a User

When you use AIBizBox's email marketing tools (including the autoresponder, email blast, list segmentation, and broadcast features), you are responsible for ensuring all email campaigns comply with applicable anti-spam law. Specifically, you must:

  • Obtain explicit consent before adding anyone to your email list — no purchased, rented, or scraped lists
  • Send only to individuals who have affirmatively opted in to receive emails from you
  • Include accurate sender identification — a valid physical postal address and a recognizable sender name/address in every email
  • Include a functional unsubscribe link in every commercial email — it must process within 10 business days
  • Honor unsubscribe requests immediately — do not send to unsubscribed addresses under any circumstances
  • Identify advertising content as advertising when required by applicable law
  • Not falsify email headers, routing information, or subject lines
  • Not use deceptive subject lines that mislead recipients about the content of the email

3. CAN-SPAM Compliance (United States)

If you send commercial email to U.S. recipients, your campaigns must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Requirements include:

  • Accurate "From," "To," and routing information
  • A non-deceptive subject line that accurately reflects email content
  • Clear identification as an advertisement (when applicable)
  • A physical postal address for the sender
  • A visible, functional unsubscribe link
  • Processing unsubscribe requests within 10 business days

4. CASL Compliance (Canada)

If you send commercial email to Canadian recipients, your campaigns must comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). CASL requires express consent before sending commercial electronic messages (CEMs) to Canadian recipients. Key requirements:

  • Express consent (opt-in) from the recipient — no pre-checked boxes
  • Clear identification of the sender and purpose of the message
  • An unsubscribe mechanism in every CEM
  • Unsubscribe requests must be processed without delay (maximum 10 business days for written requests)

5. GDPR Compliance (European Union / UK)

If you send commercial email to recipients in the EU or UK, you must comply with GDPR's requirements for electronic marketing. This includes obtaining explicit, freely given consent that is specific and informed. Pre-checked opt-in boxes, bundled consent, or consent obtained via bundled terms and conditions is not valid under GDPR. You must also maintain records of consent.

6. Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

  • Purchasing, renting, or scraping email lists from third-party sources
  • Sending to addresses obtained through co-registration, sweepstakes, or contest entries without explicit consent for email marketing
  • Using misleading subject lines or email headers
  • Failing to honor unsubscribe requests
  • Sending to addresses that have previously unsubscribed from your emails
  • Using AIBizBox's email tools to send content that violates third-party platform terms (e.g., sending unsolicited LinkedIn messages)
  • Using harvested or auto-generated email addresses

7. List Segmentation and Data Management

When using AIBizBox's list segmentation features, you must ensure that:

  • All contacts in your segmented lists have provided appropriate consent for the type of content you plan to send
  • Segment logic is reviewed before sending — do not send to lists containing contacts who opted out of your primary list
  • Contact data is updated regularly — remove hard bounces, spam complaints, and invalid addresses promptly

8. Autoresponder Compliance

Automated email sequences (autoresponders) are subject to the same rules as individual commercial emails. Each message in an autoresponder sequence must:

  • Be sent only to contacts who have opted in to receive emails from you
  • Include accurate sender identification and a physical postal address
  • Include a functional unsubscribe link
  • Accurately represent its content in the subject line
  • Comply with the law in the recipient's jurisdiction (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.)

9. Monitoring and Enforcement

AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL monitors AIBizBox accounts for spam indicators, including but not limited to: high bounce rates, elevated complaint rates, rapid list growth, and reports from spam monitoring services. Accounts exhibiting spam indicators may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation.

If we receive a complaint that your email campaign violates this policy, we will investigate. If the violation is confirmed, your account may be suspended or terminated, and we may report the violation to relevant authorities.

10. Reporting Spam

If you receive a spam email that appears to originate from or through AIBizBox, report it to support@aibizbox.polsia.app with "Spam Report" in the subject line. Include the full email headers and content.
