Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIBizBox, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms. If you are using AIBizBox on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use AIBizBox.

2. Product Delivery

AIBizBox is a cloud-based SaaS platform delivered via the web at https://aibizbox.polsia.app. No physical product is shipped. Access is granted immediately upon account creation and successful subscription payment. You are responsible for maintaining your own internet connection and compatible device to access the platform. AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AIBizBox to:

• Generate, distribute, or store unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content
• Send unsolicited commercial email ("spam") in violation of applicable law (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR)
• Impersonate any person, brand, or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the AI Twin to generate content that violates any third party's intellectual property rights
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to AIBizBox without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform for competitive purposes
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform beyond its intended API use
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction

AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

4. AI Twin and Content Generation

The AI Twin feature generates content — including copy, images, social media posts, and email campaigns — based on your inputs and business context. You retain full ownership of all content you create using AIBizBox. AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL does not claim ownership over content generated for your account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you publish using AIBizBox complies with all applicable laws, platform policies (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, email service providers), and third-party terms of service. AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL is not liable for any content you choose to publish.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, legally compliant, or suitable for your specific situation. You should review all content before publishing.

5. Email Marketing and Autoresponder

When you use AIBizBox's email marketing and autoresponder features, you are the data controller of your subscriber lists and are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent to send commercial email under applicable law (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and any local equivalents). AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL provides the tools; the compliance obligations remain yours.

All commercial emails sent through AIBizBox must include a functional unsubscribe link and accurate sender identification. AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL may suspend accounts that generate high complaint rates or spamtrap hits without prior notice.

6. Account and Subscription

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you selected at purchase. You authorize AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.

Subscriptions do not automatically renew after cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@aibizbox.polsia.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The AIBizBox platform, including its design, code, branding, documentation, and any related materials, is owned by AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your active subscription. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from AIBizBox without express written permission.

All content you create using AIBizBox (copy, images, campaigns, generated files) is your intellectual property. You grant AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL a limited license to use anonymized usage data and aggregate performance metrics for product improvement purposes.

8. Account Termination

AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, failure to pay fees, fraudulent activity, or excessive abuse of platform resources. Termination may be immediate in cases of serious violations. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice when termination is not due to a violation.

Upon termination for any reason, your access to the platform will cease and any data stored in your account may be deleted after a 30-day retention period. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE AIBIZBOX, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF AIBIZBOX EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of AIBizBox, your violation of these Terms, or your publication of any content generated through the platform.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

AIBIZBOX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

12. Modifications to Terms

AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of AIBizBox after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to AFFILIATEZ_UNIVERSAL's jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
