30-Day Money-Back Refund Policy

We stand behind AIBizBox. If it doesn't work for your business, we'll give you your money back — no hard feelings, no runaround.

1. Our 30-Day Guarantee

Every AIBizBox subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to the initial purchase of any AIBizBox plan. Add-ons and upgrades purchased after the initial subscription are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at time of purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email support@aibizbox.polsia.app with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Email Address]"
  2. Include your registered AIBizBox account email address
  3. Provide a brief description of the issue (optional — but it helps us improve)
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for processing

Refund requests submitted via email to our support address are the fastest way to process your refund. Refund requests submitted through third-party marketplace resolution centers (e.g., WarriorPlus, JVZoo) may take longer and may be subject to additional marketplace terms.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Request acknowledged: Within 1 business day
  • Refund processed: Within 3–5 business days of approval
  • Funds appear: Depending on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at purchase. We do not issue refunds via alternate payment methods unless the original method is unavailable.

4. Conditions and Limitations

The following conditions apply to the 30-day guarantee:

  • The guarantee applies to the initial subscription only — not to renewals, add-ons, or one-time purchases made after the initial subscription date
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund
  • If you received a promotional discount or bundle pricing, the refund amount reflects the actual amount paid
  • Resellers purchasing on behalf of end customers are not covered by this guarantee — the end customer must request the refund directly

5. WarriorPlus and Marketplace Compatibility

AIBizBox is listed on WarriorPlus and complies with their marketplace refund standards. Our 30-day guarantee meets or exceeds WarriorPlus's buyer protection requirements. If you purchased through a third-party marketplace, you may also have access to that marketplace's dispute resolution process — however, contacting us directly is the fastest path to resolution.

If a dispute is filed through WarriorPlus before you've contacted us, we will attempt to resolve it within the platform before escalating. We encourage direct communication before filing marketplace disputes.
